iCircle Services - Supporting Individual Choice and Empowerment
August 2013

Issue #26

Message from the Board

iCircle hosted two of three regional provider meetings this past week.  Both were well attended from providers in those regions.  New developments and updates were announced out of iCircle, as well as, accomplishments to date and a closer look into the proposed regional implementation strategy.  The regional meetings will complete tomorrow in Syracuse. Stay tuned for the presentation - we will send it out in next week's issue.

Syracuse Providers - It's not too late to join us tomorrow at Onondaga Community Living (518 James Street, Syracuse, NY 13203) at 9:00 a.m. for the regional provider meeting. Please RSVP to info@icirclecny.org or by calling (585) 347-1616 or 1-855-775-3778.

Provider Feedback Will Help Shape DISCO

You may have seen a link included in the last two issues of PNN and on the website for a survey for providers. This survey is critical in gaining insight from the iCircle provider network on how to further develop iCircle. iCircle was founded on the belief and philosophy to be member and provider driven organization, that works in collaboration to bring together the expertise in our region to shape the managed care service transformation. This survey is another step in ensuring we stay true to our philosophy. Your input is valued and will be utilized as we develop policies, procedures and operational standards for iCircle.  The survey addresses things like customer service standards, what is important to you as a provider working with a DISCO, and what the DISCO can do to help the network plan for the future and to communicate with members, as well as, how to best define the regional structure. We appreciate the time you will give to complete the survey. We will look forward to sharing the results in a few weeks in this newsletter. The survey deadline is August 9, 2013.
